Meetings


The Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 came into effect on 30th November 2016. The Act places certain responsibilities on the owner’s corporation that must be adhered too. Our services include:

  • Meeting Attendance and Preparation
  • Attend the annual general meeting
  • Attend additional executive committee meetings
  • Complete notices for all meetings
  • Complete minutes for all meetings

Maintenance & Safety


  • Arrange quotes for works required
  • Engage contractors for special repairs
  • Execute contracts on behalf of owners
